Everyone deserves respect. Retaliation is never acceptable. Also, people have to pay bills and put food on the table so if someone crossed the line why would you judge them.

Union nurses that did not cross had to get new badges and go to anger management class before returning to hospital. It was clear who crossed and who didn’t by our badges.

I’m currently a PT at Kaiser I am trying not to cross, but my situation is weird because I’m currently in escrow and with the lack of income I’m receiving I’m worried that I’m not able to close on that home. Trying my best here, but I’m not sure what I should do in this situation.

Why in the hell are you working for a company that has a union if you are going to cross the line? Go work somewhere else and have a shytty contract

With the way nurses are being treated around the world and made out to be the problem in every situation ppl complain about, the increased unacceptable violence ppl think is acceptable, and the way these hospital systems keep throwing us under the bus , I think that nurses need to strike across the entire USA at the same time and see how we and everyone else talks about us then.

I personally couldn’t cross… BUT i understand that everyone’s situation is different and people have to do what they can live with. However, IF you crossed and choose to work please no longer complain of short staffing, work overload,… because that is SIMPLY the reason the other nurses are out there. I will say this.. the RN’s that have returned… it shows me a LOT………

Just curious… what happens when they decide to go back to work? Do they just show up or do they notify their manager that they’re coming back to work so they put them in the schedule, and do they cancel the strike nurse scheduled to work that day? I’m sure they’re already paid to come in that day.

So I work with a traveler who just ended her contract early and went to work in NYC on contract because they are now allowing nurses to work even though they don’t have a NY license!!!!! Is this even legal

I don’t agree with targeting coworkers. We can disagree on strategy without calling for retribution. At the end of the day, we’re all nurses trying to support our families.
