As a 3 year old kinder teacher, if you're happy and your child is happy then enjoy the moment and enjoy some time to yourself. Just keep it simple in the morning, take some photos, let him do his thing. I always say to families, "if there's anything wrong I'll let you know otherwise no news is good news"!

I would just take a photo since it’s his first time going to preschool so you have the memory. As he may well be excited to go in without even saying bye and leave you standing there 😅

Take a photo for a memory of his first day. I did that every year with my kids from nursery up until they finished secondary school. Other than that nothing. You don’t want to overwhelm him. Xx

Dont make a big deal of it. let him think it's just another day. Enjoy the alone I have always loved to take a first day / last day photo of my kids so I can compare how they've grown over the year. That is it.

Nooooo you do not need to do anything at all. Mothers complain about how exhausted they are yet they make so much work for themselves also by doing all the things. Keep it easy and simple. Take a pic 😝

I was so freaking excited and still want to High Five his teach at the start of each term and yell "Tag!! You're it!". My kid is in year 8... I take a photo on first day and last day of each year. No special boards etc here but they are fun to see, im just not adding additional things to my load.

How is he allowed to be in 3 yr old kinda? He’s 1 isn’t he? 😂 I was over the top for my son as he was nervous but wasn’t for my daughter as she was ready. Also take a quick pic before heading off and limit how much you see his school life through a lens. Take a few pics then be present
