Given the exact circumstances. And whether she had a taser or not is irrelevant, yes she should be held fully liable for ending the man's life. She went for center mass choosing a known fatal location, when she had both time and opportunity to instead go for a less fatal location such as a leg, but the real nail in the coffin is that she shot twice. I will agree that the homeless man should not have done what he did, and that she did give him plenty of warning, but in the end the ultimate determination is was the force reasonable and appropriate and in this case it is not reasonable or appropriate for the circumstances even though he's twice her size simply because she had the opportunity to use less than lethal Force first and instead chose to deliver 2 lethal shots. I do hope she spends some time behind bars for this and can never practice law enforcement again because clearly she's not capable of showing proper judgment.

nice a cop that was trained right with a firearm, most of the cops would have emptied a whole clip on this guy ,good job officer, mabe other officers will learn how to use their weapon the right way like this officer did.
