Listen to the Auditor. He is correct. Only can trespass if he returns to private property. Plus, he wasn't on the private property to begin with officer. Now, if the officer goes hands on, detains or arrests the Auditor the officer no longer has Qualified Immunity, because he violated the Auditor's first Amendment Rights. That Auditor can now attach himself to their pension. Right to be, right to see officers.
