I genuinely loved how the rental company basically said, “We don’t want you to be liable for existing damage on the Prius, so make sure to record this.”

Ippei seems like a homie. He’s good at English. Good at his job. And is polite all at the same time. I hope nothing bad ever happens to him.

Is the international driving permit you got in your country? Does it have to be converted to Japanese or anything like that?

Noemi📚 :

When I was in Japan we rented a 7 seater as we were staying in the countryside. The roads are really narrow there and we ended up scrapping the side of the car on someone’s wall, it was concrete so it ripped the tire completely. We got to meet some lovely locals tho and an amazing couple that took us in while we sorted things out. They gave us sake and also drove us home afterwards 🥹.

Rey de Oro :

I love Ippei
