This used to happen to me as well. My panic attacks turned into hypocapnia, you breathe all your co2 out.

also i locked myself away for 2 years, completely stopped going out and seeing everyone because of the fear of having another panic attack, it’s so draining and hard. just remind yourself you’ve been okay every other time, this time is no different

These are my usual panic attacks, it’s cause you’re breathing to much in, you won’t even notice it, it can sneak up, once you notice tingles breathing is so hard but it works. The cramping hurts so much but when it happens I get someone to stretch out my hand and massage it while I focus on breathing. I do the breathe in 4, hold for 2, breathe out 6. Let your heart beat how ever it wants. It’s hard to remember, but I have to remind myself I’ve survived 100% of my panic attack attacks. You learn to reassure your self. My best one if I want to get out of it really quickly is using ice cold water down my back along my neck splashing my face. Cold water always shocks the system to relax. You also have to constantly work on your root problem and if it’s stressed, you need to be talking to someone and managing that otherwise anxiety will present itself at random times. I struggle with agoraphobia but I am working on exposure therapy. You got this 💛

that’s how it gets you by the fear of not ever wanting it again, i suffer from them pretty frequently. some things that help me are holding something freezing cold/being cold or those sour war heads to take your mind off of it.
