Don’t quote me. I feel it’s due to inflammation. You treat what is causing the inflammation, you can reduce it. Intermittent fasting then finding a way to eat right and lose weight and you’ll see improvement.

Yeah but apparently it’s extremely hard to find doctors knowledgeable about this condition and most insurances won’t cover surgery because it’s considered cosmetic
