@c5news: "If they were doing what they should have been doing, Harvey would still be here today" The parents of Harvey Willgoose say his killer, Mohammed Umar Khan, should not have been able to walk into All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield on the day of Harvey's murder. Their comments come following the publication of a report commissioned by the school that revealed several failings and missed opportunities to prevent the murder. Records of Khan's behaviour at his previous school show 130 violent incidents.
