WRONG FORM
flared elbows + straight upwards press: allowing the elbows to point directly out to the sides creates internal rotation, which significantly increases the risk of injury.
FIX IT
-> keep your elbows slightly infront of your body at a 60-70 degree angle.
-> press through scapular plane (infront of body) to avoid injury/pain
-> engage core to prevent back arching
-> control BOTH concentric and eccentric movement to avoid relying on momentum
