@lunchmoney716: Purchased a mare out of Phoenix Az to be hauled to Wichita KS. The first red flag they didn’t notify us when she was picked up… 2nd flag no communication on layover or location of where horse even is. The next thing the route was supposed to be from Phoenix AZ to Wichita Ks but then they went to El Paso TX and Dallas TX and we were unaware until they didn’t show up in Wichita Sunday evening like they said and moved it to Monday. At 2am this morning they called and said they would arrive by 6am. At 8am we called them and they said they had been pulled over by Cops and were being detained due to blood on truck and trailer so they were delayed. At noon they finally arrive and refused to get horse off trailer till they were paid and they called the cops due to us not wanting to pay till we saw the condition of our mare and to make sure at this point it was even the right horse! Not to mention they said she was in a block stall and it was ok to have her on trailer so long but clearly she was on a slant along with her being the only horse on trailer and she also wasn’t! Luckily mare is home safe and overall in a good condition!
