This is exactly why I stopped, this stuff is def real, i stopped hearing things and minor hallucinating it wasn’t as bad but I could feel it creeping on me, it’s wild because look at shaggy and scooby, they ate a lot and they always thought they heard something. If you can’t stop reduce it then stop completely
