Hey Lauren! Weird question but how do you thaw out your meats for dinners? I have always sat out my meats i wanna use around 12 and then make dinner at 4 or 5, but I recently found out that leaving them out for more than 2 hours causes bacteria to grow.

My favorite gluten free meal! If you can ever find Butcher blocks teriyaki sauce, they also have a gluten free one. Can’t go wrong with that or the one you have 🤤 I’ve NEVER thought to add eggs! Trying that soon!
