250g lean beef mince 
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
Salt
Pepper 
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 streaky bacon rashers 
2 tortilla wraps 
2 handfuls of shredded lettuce 
2 light cheesy slices 

Burger sauce:
40g lighter mayo 
1 tsp reduced sugar ketchup
¼ tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp gherkin juice
1 gherkin chopped 

💕Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

💕Add the beef mince, cook for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the mince, until almost browned. Then add the garlic granules, onion granules, salt, pepper and mustard. Continue to fry until cooked through. Add a dash of water if needed.

💕Meanwhile, grill the bacon according to packet instructions. Slice into 2. 

💕In a small bowl, mix the lighter mayo, ketchup, mustard, gherkin juice, and chopped gherkin until well combined.

💕Make a single cut from the centre down to the bottom edge of each wrap. 💕Fill the bottom left with the lettuce, top left add the beef mince and bacon, top right add the burger sauce and in the final quadrant add the cheesy slice.  💕Fold each quadrant over each other to make a triangle.  💕Place into a pan cheese side down and toast for 1-2 minutes each side until lightly golden.
