@veryhungrygreek: #AD One pan taco lasagna 😮💨 Here’s a quick midweek meal idea that’s high in protein and made all in one pan so you save on your washing up 👏 Tried out the new @oxo_uk Beef Bone Broth which added an extra 18g of protein to the recipe and 12g of collagen 😍 Added soo much flavour to the dish so can’t wait to try out the chicken one too. Available in Sainsbury’s & Morrisons nationwide! Macros 462 calories 42gP / 22gF / 22gC Serves: 4 Ingredients 1 medium onion, finely diced 4 medium chestnut mushrooms, finely diced 500g lean beef mince 400g chopped tomatoes 1 heaped tbsp tomato puree 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp garlic granules 2 tbsp taco seasoning Pinch of sugar 500ml OXO Beef Broth 200ml shop-bought béchamel 30g reduced-fat cheddar 30g Shredded mozzarella Toppings (included in macros) - 4 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream, 100g mashed avocado & 30g your fav tortilla chips lightly crushed Method Spray a pan with oil and fry the onions and mushrooms for a few minutes to soften, before adding in the beef mince and frying for a further few minutes to brown. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, herbs, taco seasoning, sugar and beef broth. Cook on high until it starts to bubble then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the stock has reduced, stirring occasionally to stop it from sticking.
