People always ask what I actually do to keep my business at $100k+ minimum a month and the truth is… it’s not one big thing, It’s a lot of small, unsexy habits done consistently. First, I track everything. Not just revenue, but what content brings in sales, what offers convert, what days I’m most profitable. If I don’t know what’s working, I’m just guessing. Data makes decisions for me, not emotions. Second, I spend more time on distribution than creation. I can make the best product in the world, but if no one sees it, it doesn’t matter. I focus heavily on content, visibility, and traffic. Reels, & stories mainly. My business grows because I’m always putting it in front of new people. Third, I build offers that actually solve one clear problem. Not ten. Not vague. One. The clearer the transformation, the easier it is to sell. I’m constantly refining my messaging so someone can look at my page and immediately understand who it’s for and why they need it. Fourth, I protect my energy like it’s part of my job. I don’t overbook myself, I don’t take every call, I don’t respond to everything instantly. Burnout kills consistency and consistency is what builds real income. My mornings are for me, my best hours are for my business. Fifth, I treat my business like a system, not a hustle. I automate what I can, I delegate what drains me, and I document everything. Systems are what let me scale without losing my mind. And lastly, I make decisions fast. I don’t overthink for weeks. I test, launch, adjust, repeat. Most people stay stuck because they’re waiting to feel “ready”. I move while I’m unsure and let the data guide me. That’s it. No magic.
