@sarrahstrimelbentley: As a five year Stage 2 breast cancer survivor, I am so d*mn grateful to be here and be alive on #worldcancerday Let us take a moment of silence and celebration for the lives we have lost to this insidious disease. I didn’t beat breast cancer to stay silent. I will continue to use my privilege and my one miraculous life to raise my voice and advocate so we don’t lose any more loved ones. I will fight like hell to stop the cuts in funding for the life saving research that made my remission possible, for women’s rights to their bodies and their fertility preservation, for the use of third party reproduction to grow survivors families, and for those who aren’t able to access care here in America. What can you do? Vote for candidates that support reducing cancer causing emissions and put mandates back on the corporations that are poisoning us. Vote for more funding for research because #researchsaveslives . Vote for women’s rights to their bodies. Make your voices heard.
