To everyone saying crystal has been condescending, a bully, passive aggressive or anything else you obviously have not watched or followed her content. She is straight forward she does not tip toe she has strong personal boundaries and valid educated opinions. She is a professional who is not only experienced but an educator in the space. She saw a not only dangerous but unnecessary and expensive practice going viral and said hey this scientifically does not work and explained in professional terms why. She also called for accountability as another professional made this content and put it out there. Anyone can get their hands on this mask and dye and do the method they saw a professional recommend. She was attempting to educate others in her field and those who may have been influenced why this is a bad practice not to personally attack or hurt anyone’s feelings. Real ones know understand and love you crystal!
