@momdaystudio: Drop ‘BALL’ below 👇🏼 and I will send you the full length follow along version of this 10 minute birth ball routine. If you’re wondering what’s one thing you should invest in for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, it’s a birth ball! This is an amazing tool when it comes to: ✨Improving pelvic mobility, helping your body stay flexible and open. ✨Relaxing your pelvic floor, because we want those muscles to lengthen and release for birth. ✨Providing support during labor – whether you’re sitting, kneeling, or using it to lean on. How to Size Your Birth Ball: You want to make sure your birth ball fits your body, so here’s a quick guide: 👉🏼Your knees should be at or slightly below hip level when sitting on the ball (not higher!). 👉🏼Generally, if you’re 5’8” and under, a 65 cm ball is ideal. 👉🏼If you’re 5’9” and over, go for a 75 cm ball. 👉🏼However, leg length matters, so you may need to size up or down based on your hip-to-knee ratio.
