it seems to be linked to the immune system but unlike autoimmune disorders, this is literally the immune system messing up and causing a mast cell disorder, they haven't actually figured out what caused it but at least know what's happening

It can be flare from chemicals on the skin. You don’t need to be stressed . My granddaughter has demographic utacaria. Water from the shower can cause flare ups .

Oh, oh. Sometimes I scratch myself, and marks appear like on her chest. It's not constant, though. I am chronically stressed, and my mom has hypothyroidism. 😳😳😳
