@adhd_momma777: How to stop the defiance , oppositional, I don’t care , pushing your buttons behaviour. Well before we can solve a problem we have to understand the why . And the why is dopamine seeking behaviour. Now we understand the why the solution is simple you get out of the ring . The hard part is the implementation. And it’s hard because no one has taught you how and that is why I created my 5 week adhd group coaching program because I had to learn the hard and I don’t want that to be your story . So join today and stop waking on egg shells and start enjoying this thing called parenting. In or out ? #adhd #executivefunction #adhdinwomen #adhdtiktok #adhdprobs
But you do I step away when that puts the other children in the home in danger bc he wants to get aggressive with someone?

we are currently learning how to parent our 14 yr old with ADHD, ODD, Adolescent depression and abandonment issues. It is a lot but we are noticing positive changes almost immediately. Meeting with his school next week to see what can be done to help him along and support smarter choices while outside of the home.

My daughter is 19 almost 20. She was tested for AdHd years ago and told she does not have it. She is completely defiant If I say the sky is blue she will say it’s green

We (parents) are getting better at this but then my ADHDer will seek the conflict from siblings instead. I don’t think it’s realistic to ask a 6 year old to disengage from the conflicts that big sister starts. How can we help our ADHDer and the siblings?

My 6 year old son is “fake” being sick to come home from school this last few weeks… because I think when he becomes just regulated, the teachers are just talking too much to him so I hope to have a sit down with his teacher soon and express how much this helps and works. Love your videos.
