I’m 6wks today for tkr rt, I’m still in an insane amount of pain. Don’t sleep. Can’t get it straight, I’m stuck at 28ish but bending is fine at 130%. I’m over it and feel defeated most days. Surgeons want to cut off my meds, which I rarely feel like even work but without them I’m convinced I’d just die. This is awful.

I’m also 7 weeks out and still have a lot of stiffness and that heavy feeling is mostly at night.

I'm also 7 weeks. Of course stiffness and moderate pain. My problem is I have no energy at all. I'm constantly pushing myself to stay out of bed, but i end up there anyway. I've never been so drained in my life. Completely regretted TKR 🥺

I’m 3 years with 2 knee replacements. Had a full journey but still would love to have my own knees back . I can’t kneel at all it hurts so bad . But I am doing great with my walking n no pain . I did all my exercises n everything that they told me to do . Did 4 weeks of exercises at home on my own . Hope u will do good with ur journey . Prayers for u 🙏🌹

November 10th 2025 I had my right knee done. I'm at 12 weeks out only bending at 106 and still having stiffness, hopefully from here on out it gets better. The mental status is real, the pain is gone. Hope yours gets better.

The mental wear on you is very hard to get thru at first but a month later is when I noticed a big change. I'm doing my other knee in March.

I was 6 weeks as of Monday. I had complications during surgery. My tendon was accidentally cut. PT is going well although I’ve gone up and down in my bend; last Tuesday was 90 degrees, Thursday was 86 degrees, and yesterday was 90 degrees again. I’m walking with a cane but still use the walker if I need it. I’m able to do a few things around the house but I take it slow.

I am at 8 weeks and you and I are the same. such a happy feeling the day with no pain.. week nothing g like before! and of course I got up and did stuff around the house.. my hub kept saying you need to stay off it...I paid for it the next day but worth it

It took 6 months to get better on my left knee. Now I'm going with the right one. Cheer up, pain is not forever 🙏

I have a very long road ahead. Getting two hip replacements. Followed by 2 knee replacements. So pain will be with me, I have been dealing with it for so long. I get knee injections 💉 😫 it helps. and today I had a day the pain wasn't as bad. I am so happy for you. God bless your journey. 🙏💕

I had TKR of my left knee Sept 2024 and TKR of my right knee 12/29/25 so I understand exactly what you’re saying! I am having the nerve zingers, some pain but I have the heaviness in my leg, not all the time and so I’m glad I had the 2nd surgery cause I know my knee will just continue to improve!
