Do you feel like as a new grad, it was hard to secure a job ? I’m unsure about wanting to do bedside in the hospital. I broke my ankle and a 12 hour shift will be hard for me. But am nervous I won’t be able to get hired anywhere as a new grad other than bedside.

I went from full time to PRN at my one job, and they never gave me an increase in pay. And no benefits, mandatory wknd a month , and mandatory holiday. Now I’m not going to be working many shifts there, anymore. f*** them.
