@fibromom7: Have you ever considered that the body is designed to heal — even the teeth? This isn’t a myth. It’s part of the wisdom built into the body. Teeth are living structures, like exposed bones, and they have the ability to repair early damage when the conditions are right. This process depends on harmony between the body’s internal fluids — the blood and lymph — and the saliva that protects the teeth each day Saliva is not just moisture. It is a healing fluid, and its quality is shaped by what we eat and drink. Good hydration, nourishing food, proper rest, and gentle movement all play a role in maintaining strong teeth and healthy gums. Simple practices such as oil pulling and daily flossing help keep the mouth clean and the gums supported. As I often say, only floss the teeth you want to keep. Support the body with: Plenty of clean water Mineral-rich, whole foods Adequate rest and regular movement Consistent, mindful oral care “Modern dentistry has its place, but when we work with the body instead of against it, we allow its natural intelligence to do what it was designed to do.” Source: Barbara O'Neill! But they all so discovered that when you flush your teeth put bacteria into your blood and causes problems with your heart but they tell us if you floss it make a little longer basically and that’s the biggest lie and I thought Barbara O’Neill would’ve knew this
