former security here: we see hundreds of people a day, no we dont care about remembering you. why? because we cant assume you weren't just fired the day before and are now here to cause trouble. also, if its 6am for you, its 6am for us. we're tired too. if the boss say check everyone then thats what we do. we have a job, and so do you. just show the damn id and be on your way, its not hard. (i didn't work at a hospital specifically but protocols are protocols regardless of where you work)
