Report them to Vinted as selling counterfeit goods, report the new listing, and then if Vinted still don’t side with you go to the consumer helpline x

Have been in the same situation 😂 I’ve taken the perfume to 2 stores where they had confirmed it’s fake!I took photos of the bottles side by side and send it to Vinted !Vinted replied ,that I can keep the money and no need to send the item back!

You can claim a refund because the perfume was fake and not as described by the seller. I did it over a fake Lululemon. I got a full refund even though it was out of date.
