As an electrician, I’ve never had good experiences with those switches as you will see they very often break not reliable at all. They look really cool.

i have them. i love them. I've also been mixing the finishes - white with brass toggles/dimmers+screws. stainless+black, oil rubbed bronze+brass. seeing them recessed has me rethinking several rooms.

I have brushed brass finishes in my new bedroom, I spent the extra money doing it on my switches and all my sockets and I agree, it’s seems like such a simple thing, but it really elevates the space. It’s the little things that bring it all together honestly. 😍
