@danis_desk: CHECK IN TIME! Not big changes in weight or size but feeling strong in the gym! I’ll post food and maybe a few workouts on my ig. I’m not fitness influencer, just regular girl so plz be kind! #fyp #GymTok #Fitness #fitnesstips
Be thoughtful and deliberate about the focus of each workout. I like to vary the focus between strength, hi intensity, cardio, and stretching throughout the week. Also, don’t listen to me, idk what I’m talking about.

This sounds like a responsible re-approach. Thank you for explaining it so well! I was following all the way up to “it is hard to eat a ton of food” and then I became confused… but I’ll catch up!

It sounds like you have everything figured out. I suggest you prioritize good form over "really heavy." Greetings.

I'm trying to lose weight or change to muscle. 1 workout I do is 30 min. 10 degree incline 2.5 mph with 35 lbs. backpack. I want to move to Washington and start hiking some mountains. Getting ready to add 10 more lbs.

Follow @Bret Contreras and utilize his training principles and you will definitely hit your glute/leg goals. He is the glute guy for a reason and he is the pioneer of the heavy barbell hip thrust. Train not just heavy, but also ensure to progressive overload. That is one of the main keys to actual muscle growth.

Hip thrusts for glutes. Bulgarian split squats for quads. Check out kneesovertoesguy, @Ben Patrick. Facepulls for traps/scapula. Don't forget your obliques, they are probably the most important muscles in your abs/core. Looking good. Keep up the good work. 🙂

You look great! 👏 If your goal is ham/glute growth mostly, I’d hit those at least 2x a week: you could consolidate to one full upper body day if you’re just looking to maintain there- that frees you up to do 2 days focused on hams/glutes and one day quads/calves. Get it girl!! 💪👊
