Her credit was ran. The deal is never just undone. She took a hit on her credit when the loan was issued. Was her credit restored to pre-loan figures? If not, her APR and risk can change for this loan. Not knocking you Tommy at all, just for people to realize there are still implications.

Bought a 2017 Acadia with 62k on it. had it 4 months, towed 4 times, spent in total over 1.5 months in the shop. With zero hardship over it the Dealer gave us the down to penny we payed in trade, payed the final service fee plus gave us 2k off thr next one. some Dealerships do the right thing instantly

I sold cars for 10 years in east Texas at one dealership. We unwound all deals that were like this. And we would do it quickly. There were quite a few dealers local to us that would fight it to the end
