tyranny of the clock, it’s a thing. society has normalized hours of work that are incompatible with natural human functioning. humans are living lives that aren’t good for them psychologically and physically. with my schedule, i’m lucky if i get 6 hours. and that’s messed up and unhealthy for the mind and body, but it’s not my choice
