Thank you for talking about this, I had to stop working as a nurse, lost income, plus appointments and meds and on and on. If it was considered a hobby it’d be the most expensive one! No one would choose it intentionally

Thank you for acknowledging that chronic pain is expensive! The irony is I can’t work my previous jobs anymore and because doctors will properly treat my pain or manage it. I have to self manage and it’s causing me to spend a fortune.😭

I go through all of that, it's sad. it's a blessing that we are able to have the things that assist us, but just wow at the cost and what we have to do to obtain the assist. plus the feeling of being a burden when an appointment- procedure requires someone to be with you and drive you home. then the expenses expands to others taking t8me off of work etc
