I would recommend starting at the very top and work the way down. That’s the process we use for clients. Some even want the roof pressure washed/painted so we start there. Gutters would be after the roof, if you have roof work.

make sure you etch and prime because painting metal with house paint eventually peels and when pressure washing to clean in a year or so will take the paint off. I have a cottage in Central fla and my painted gutters look bad.
