the kid was running from the police. the officer was not in imminent danger or in fear for his life.

This clip doesn’t show the whole story 99% of the time I will back the police, but this seemed a little excessive however, none of this would’ve happened if he would’ve just put his hands behind his back. He could’ve told the officer this is an eyeglasses case go ahead cuff me search me and he he’d still be alive, but he had a past record.
