I have so much anxiety about US food labeling it's not funny. I spend so much time checking labels, using ChatGPT to cross reference, and even then it can sometimes say CTGF but still not be Celiac Safe because of shared facilities and lines of production. And eating out? Forget about it, at least in my area, we have no gluten free restaurants or bakeries and I'm scared to death to trust everything will stay uncontaminated particularly because I can't see them cooking it. I'm awful, but I'm still only 4 months out from my newfound diagnosis as well lol. Thank you for all your advocacy helping make those changes come to life, you're a Celiac Angel!💕😇💕
