I actually saw one police officer in China go across the street to help an old man carry his groceries across the road. I’m sure he was trying to speed up traffic flow, but that would never happen in the United States.

They are given options, they could watch a video, they could take a picture with a sign and post on their social media, or get fined 20rmb (like 3$) they don’t prefer to fine you, they prefer you do every other way hahha, it’s funny and effective. 😅

The Chinese Police are awesome, when I was in Guangdong I asked the police for directions to my Hotel. They were so kind they drove me to my Hotel and helped cary my luggage to the reception desk. They have my vote for the best Police force on the planet. Chinese people were very polite and helpful.

This is true! I am currently traveling inside China 🇨🇳. I had a traffic violation and got caught by the camera at an intersection. The ticket was 50rmb (~$7USD) on the Chinese traffic management app 12123 (where I can see the E ticket) it gave me an option watch educational video or pay a fine. So I watched the video and that was it.
