Nobody talks about how actually clever her design is. Pretty sure her design is based on the “catacomb saints”, which were bodies of saints of early Christian’s that were exhumed and heavily decorated. The right hand and right eye are mentioned to cause you to sin in the bible, which is interesting because her right hand has been removed and turned into a weapon of murder while her right eye is decorated. Just very interesting details that have some hidden meanings behind them. So many metaphors in her design.

I liked the outlast trials before, but Lilliya is genuinely breathtaking. Her environment is amazing, her gameplay is phenomenal, and her design/backstory is top of the line. She’s like, legitimately perfect besides 3-4 minor issues.
