Lemme put you on game. Hole in the wall hidden treasure. Chef Leo’s Chinese Bistro in Vidor, TX. Get the Twice Cooked Orange Chicken. I’ve been all over the country and tried orange chicken everywhere and it’s still the best hands down. Chef Leo uses daily fresh ingredients locally sourced. Tag me when you bless yourself.
