I’m using 27g 1/2” in the shoulder. Started with a 25g 1” in the thigh and that sucked

What you said for needle size, but I inject very very slow. Like I'll take a few minutes for just .5ml. Idk if anyone else is like that.

I started using 23G 1½ IM needles. Then, I used 31G 6mm insulin needles, but the oil was so thick it can't pass through. So, a passed to use 30G 8mm insulin needles and those have been perfect for me.
