Hey girlie, aesthetics nurse here love your routine and honestly it’s not complicated at all lol. Just wanted to say regarding the irritation even though it “just started” it truly is most likely your barrer signaling you because you use Tret 5-6x a week and then use a exfoliant. When you’re feeling sensitive, give yourself a barrier night then use the exfoliant to space it from Tret sometimes. Not saying you have to do that every week but it’s basically your skin signaling it needs a little bit more of a break right now. I’m telling you the barrier compromise can happen so quickly and randomly. It happened to me I went from 5 days a week to stopping all actives for a week in a blink. Skin is looking amazing though ✨❤️I also LOVE aestura 365 too!

The irritation is from having exfoliating too close to tret nights. Try spacing it not using it the day right before or after tret night.

Sometimes when your skin breaks out. may beskin barrier may be comprised. Exfoliating after tret can cause this. I find salicylic acid too be so strong.Paulas choice has mandellic acid that is gentler on the skin. BHAs are also better as a cleanser than a leave on the skin.
