This is completely normal this is done by aussie isp’s .I do work for one so we do this too if cust cancel the service in middle of next month cust advances payment will be automatically refunded back to cust at end of billing period.so cust should pay in advance they use when they signed up for the plan itself.

This is because of advance billing policy of slt. They charge for 2 months in advance when you convert your package. You will receive normal bill amount from next month onwards.
