See that’s my take on extra credit. If it’s a kid that has turned in every assignment and just struggled on one unit, I’ll give them another assignment to focus on the skills from that unit and replace one of their lower grades with that new assignment.

As a high achieving student - thank you sm for the “not mandatory to do a group project”. I always ended up doing basically everything in every project and i hated it bc everyone knew (yes even the teacher) and at the end we all got a good grade 💀

LOUDER ON PREFERRING PAPER. I passed my entire school writing on paper. Nowadays everything is done on laptops and tabs which genuinely reduces kid's intelligence and their hand writing. It is definitely saddening to see high potential students waste away their potential because they do not have the right resources.

At the end of the school year I had a group project for physics and not only did all the work for MY group but also a COMPLETELY OTHER GROUP. Safe to say I was burnt out by the end
