Lomax is not being restrained from earning an income. He can go and earn an income in the industry that he said he wanted to which was the reason why he sought and was allowed Errol release. Of course Parramatta do not want him now. How do you not come out and said he wanted to leave the club? I’m sure we would all be sweet. He’ll be training with the eels now getting ready for round one against the team he wants to play for.

Lomax left on condition he was playing r360, when that comp fell through his market value is determined by his last contract he had. Western force offered a contract well under his market value, therefore he can seek other options. If the eels don’t want him they can’t stop him from joining another team at market value. It’s against consumer law under a trade resteictment. Lomax will start for the storm in round 2, guarantee it.

Restriction of trade, Eels haven’t stopped him playing in any other league overseas or rugby union here in Australia. He just can’t play in the NRL, that was the contract he signed, now I understand why the Broncos sacked you.
