A second chance meal is not mandatory it's a privilege, First question you should ask is why did he miss his first meal and second why is the parent more focused on a second chance meal vs him not completing his assignments. This won't win unfortunately but what it will do is stop the school from doing a second chance meal from here on out and now no one will get it. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch
