Apples and oranges. This has nothing to do with dad’s rights with the child. He can visit with his child - it doesn’t need to be at the house. This is a husband and wife problem. Disrespectful if not ok between spouses

the child still needs a bond with their biological parent and if that relationship can be healthy it should be supported it is possible to be loved by multiple different parental figures they all should be supporting that child and their growth into adulthood not fighting about who gets the attention of the child

The kids dad has every right to have visitation with the kid but I also feel like stepdad has the right to say I don't want him in my house (assuming it's actually his house and not her house that she pays for without him).

This is my situation kind but not really my daughter dad finally stepped up after 11 yrs and her stepdad fees some type of way cuz he has been raising her. But I let it be known to the dad like yes you are her father but this has been her dad and he is to be respected
