No it’s called an NRP fighting to see their child, an RP would do the same. Barring orders are like confetti just as NMOs are, they are both tools of the abusive parent to stop contact

Does this apply to resident parents who breach a c/o by simply blocking contact for now reason and the non-resident has to keep going back to the courts and the cycle starts again?
