"Oh, oh, I will" (call it in again) even though the officer has confirmed he's not doing anything illegal. Telling them he'll look into it deeper doesnt help the situation and only gives them false hope. But tell me who is the one causing a problem / disturbance? They are monopolising the police resources and potentially taking them away from more serious situations that could be developing by indicating she'll call the police again.
