So this is just basic economics. The US GDP per capita is multiple times higher than china’s, meaning the average American is much richer than the average Chinese comparatively, so we can charge higher prices. So our gdp is higher than yours because we have a much more developed economy, and don’t rely off cheap consumer goods produced by underpaid children.

you need GDP measured by purchasing parity (PPP) by this measure China is ahead of the USA. A huge portion of US GDP is spent in the military which does nothing productive for US citizens.
