I hate my curly hair so much that ive strongly considered buzzing my hair off and wearing wigs but 1) they're expensive 2)idk how to wear them and 3) I run very hot and know having something on my head like that will make me sweat to death 😭

Starting over is terrifying but also kinda freeing 🤍🌱 I stayed stuck for years scared to reset while my hair kept thinning anyway. Buzzing felt drastic but lighter. Around that time I saw Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green mentioned in a women’s forum and focused inside-out too. Less shedding, more energy, 28 lbs gone. Feels like a real reset.
