From what I have found the people that usually like your profile are NOT the people that would normally interest you. So paying to see who liked your profile is such a waste of money and a huge disappointment! For example I’ve paid for Tinder Gold before just to see who liked my profile and every last woman was not someone I would be interested in. So yea it’s a scam!
