Absolutely awful experience with my best friend. Who booked a surprise stay for me and her. Blood / red stain on bedsheets which I went to reception with photo evidence, they moved our room, they didn’t have the menu items for our dinner we picked, they didn’t have any mint for the mojito’s so I couldn’t enjoy my favourite drink, the Jacuzzi had a malfunction so was cold, the heated beds was out of order in the spa. I spoke to manager he said we could have a restay after refinishing were complete, we chased this a month later and the manager left and nobody honoured it.
