I did similar. i add kumkwat, mandarin and lemon. mix all with honey. btw cayenne tastes better than black pepper. I also think mint should be nice in that mix

I do something similar but I dehydrate the pulp to use in a dried spice blend I typically add organic garlic powder, pepper and salt to the mixture
